[2019] Why did Jagex suddenly nerf the prayer bonus of the 3rd Age Druidic Cloak? Seems very shady since it wasn't polled OR announced anywhere? So they are just changing the stats without our awareness now =/

I asked the developers and they said there is no record of the cape stats having ever been changed. The poll blog that the cloak came from only mentions the set will now include a cloak but does not include the stats of it.
