So, I never thought I would resort to this but this is my only hope! Through a (not so) complicated series of mistakes I have barred myself out of my account and cant properly divulge the information needed to Appeal it properly... 250 character limit to give info for appeals... :(
Okay first... this account is my pure account/flipping alt, DudeAtTheGe.
I used my old work email address to register for this account (bad idea, in hindsight, as I no longer work there and lost access to the email.)
Normally this wouldn`t be an issue, but I haven`t logged in on the account in a very long time... about 5 weeks. So, I mixed up which password I had set for this account (I use different passwords for different accounts because of course).
Well here`s the kicker. The first time I tried to log into my account, I am on vacation in Japan. So my first log in in 5 weeks is with the wrong password and on an unknown device in a new country (YIKES!). Well, I submitted a password reset request (from japan) but because I didn`t have access to the email anymore, I had to appeal the account.
The first appeal was very quickly rejected, probably because I didn`t actually remember the password. So I was stumped. Then the next day (today) I decided to give it one more shot, I tried the password again making sure I had no typos, nothing.
Then, EUREKA! I remember the password! So I enter the information and... BINGO I logged in! After being logged in for 2 seconds, I get DCed... Re-login with the CORRECT information and... ACCOUNT LOCKED AS IT IS SUSPECTED STOLEN. :(
So I submitted another appeal with the knowledge of the correct password, but it was immediately rejected. Probably due to the fact im still in japan.
TLDR; I can understand why I`m locked out, but theres just no way to explain whats going on with the appeal system. I know my password, but the registered email is to a company i no longer work for. So yea, Im dumb :(
I can divulge much more relevant information if I can get in contact with someone who can help...I have over 200 hours on this account and its my only pking account... If you read this far, you are a saint!
