[2023] Maggies Quest

I'm playing old school RS and whilst in rimmington I saw what looked to be a Halloween quest being handed out by Maggie by her caravan. It takes you to draynor Manor to speak with Lottie and you have to go around the Manor looking for magic potential items. I can't seem to find anything about this quest online anywhere, no mention of it on osrs wiki on the Halloween page or reference to it in the draynor Manor page. I'm stuck and have no idea where to go for help. Any idea why this quest isn't mentioned anywhere online??? Or am I being blind
