External link →I'm looking into this to better understand what the expectation is re. retroactive fixes - I'll update here when I have confirmation of news, but it may be a case of the change only applying to newly dropped gear if those attributes are stats that can only be determined when the item is created (dropped), not edited thereafter.
Edit: Confirming that the change only applied to newly dropped items, rather than existing items, due to technical limitations. We would have liked them to be fully retroactive, but unfortunately this change didn't take.
