The silence to coin a phrase is deafening and at this point where people who have put in DAYS worth of play are losing all that time and perfect builds, which also cost a ton of resources, it needs to be shouted out by the Devs

Apology, a plan, roadmap or even admittance that they don’t know what’s happened but it’s priority 1

I’m not here with a pitch fork, I’m here basically refreshing Twitter over and over hoping for a response.

Ive told my friends to not launch the game AT ALL until we know something. Anything

While even I know getting gear back seems less and less likely. We need to have a level of communication here opened up.

Hey there - I just posted this to Twitter aswell, but sharing it here for visibility:

We are aware and deeply sorry that some users are continuing to encounter an inventory wipe.

We are doing everything we can to resolve this issue, both server and game-side.

Our plan is still to work on a restoration for all affected accounts - details here.

At this point in time the inventory restorations will be automatic, no ticket submission required as we will be running a rule on our database to automatically identify any users who have been affected.

We may ask you to open a ticket with customer support if the automatic restoration isn't successful for you in particular.
