In the context of Armor Stat Rolls, it would be great to understand the following:
- Are the rolled stat types random or static based on some criteria like class and armor slot?
- Are three stat types always rolled on an armor piece? Or is the number based on rarity??
- Can a rolled stat type be recalibrated to a higher value or a different type?
- Are their stat roll limits on items? Would be great to actually see these similar to what the Division 2 does.
