I don't think they'd make a stream for bugfixes. Square itself has basically been uninvolved in any marketing or communication since the game launched, so I'd actually assume that they're announcing something substantial rather than not.
All bets are in a DLC called New Horizon, since they've worded it like that several times.

To be perfectly honest, I thought you were affiliated with PCF and not Square itself. Other games I've played that have a Square Enix social presence usually have their CMs as SQEX_Name in Reddit, so apologies about the wrong assumption, I wasn't trying to put you down.
