[2022] can somebody please explain the outriders discord to me?

I don't use discord that often because I fine it to be too convoluted and cluttered and holy moly is the outriders discord a good example for that!

I just want to play expeditions with somebody my level or higher (48+) that can their weight. After trying free matchmaking I was somehow carrying a lot of the time even though I'm playing a technomancer, which supposedly is a support class? But after some dozens of expeditions with randoms, I kept making the most damage AND staying alive for the longest time a lot of the time.

So I went to the outriders discord and omg there is soo much stuff and tabs and text and groups and chats and servers and wtf

In a perfect world I would just like to select some filters like "levels 48+" "classes: x,y,z" and let's go. But in this discord I don't see where I would start.

Can somebody pls explain to me where to start or what to do?
