I think PCF actually fixed the damage mitigation. Honestly. I can feel the diffrence.
But I think there is More to it then just damage mitigation that was messed up.
I think the issue left to be fixed now is:
1) The one shot mechanic
2) Enemies doing random high damage. Even trash NPC's. One second you can tank 3+ hits other times your cant. It seems to happen after your trigger the cooldown for the one shot prevention mechanic.
I posted a thread here talking about it and a couple of other things but for some reason any post i make doesnt go public even though it says its public and none of the mods respond to me about it. So i dont know if they shadow banned me or what. :(

As a side Note if you look at your video you will notice you are not getting one shot here. Your health drops to 8600HP first. So it looks more like a 2 shot. You also got many NPC around you and you lost all your armor bonuses.
Still not good but just saying. Even that you lost your armor this is what i mean by sometimes you can tank many hits and other times you cant.
The CM said something about going immune at a certain part of your HP bar so long as the one shot prevention isnt on cooldown. But it seems ones it is on cooldown all of a sudden damage incoming seem way stronger.
IDK anymore. Im currently able to play now on my trickster again after the patch. before the patch i could not. I only play with mitigation from death and preservation shield on my builds. and I can feel the mitigation working now. Not saying others arnt having issues still but i think the issues people are having now is not the mitigation bug but something else.
