We have just released a new patch that addresses the bug that has been causing the inventories of certain players to be wiped.

We can identify affected users via our backend analytics.
There is no need for you to take any action. You will still benefit from our future restoration plans.

Also on our list to fix is the “Couldn’t Connect to Server” error message some players are experiencing when they log in and play as affected characters. Once our restoration process has been completed these characters should be able to once more play as normal. 3/3
