[2019] MOVED: How does nerfing legendarys make them great ?

Hey Boon! We made a lot of changes to legendaries so that they could accommodate a number of options for your playstyles, so weapons will be more fitted (we added 3 per hero) and support gear (like your tome) will have more of an angle.

Could you share exactly what new stats you see with the reroll?
