[2019] Lukian and preferred stats

I have seen some people saying that, and of course it make sense, you should look for intelligence and spell damage. That would sounds quite good for me. But in some other videos people are talking about physical damages and that for some spells it has a huge impact on them.

With that said my question is quite simple. For the more advanced Lukian players what stats are you looking for on you gear? What is actually really working well regarding damages?
