Will respeccing a character be improved so we can re-select the feats unlocked by a previous mythic path before a path switch?
If I remember correctly, going Trickster, unlocking and taking the path specific feats (criticals) then switching to another mythic and respeccing locks us out (as well as companions) of taking these again.
Darn shame there is no other way to get them as well.
And will there be new unlocks for future playthroughs after completing the dlc?
I don't think any changes to the respec system are planned. Also since the DLC takes place directly during the main campaign, everything including all rewards is fully integrated into the playthrough.
So is this going to be like Last Sarkorian/Midnight Isles with it being an addition to the main story line, or is this a standalone story i.e. Through the Ashes/Lord of Nothing?
It's fully integrated into the main story similar to the Last Sarkorians.
Does this mean we'll have to start a new playthrough to see the content?
As long as you haven't entered Threshold yet, you should be fine.
