Ok so this is a broader topic but decided to make a post here because the last crpg I have played was wotr, in all these kinds of games 90% of the players are lawful good, 8% are chaotic good and the rest are neutral/evil (totally accurate statistic trust me bro).

What I always wondered is how do people not get bored of that, maybe it's a dumb argument but I am lawful good every single day, I'd find it boring to do the same stuff in games like these. The same goes the other way ofcourse, if you always play evil after a while it becomes stale..

Now everybody has the right to play however they want and there is no right way to play, especially in crpg's, but I'd be lying if I said that I understood why there is such a disparity of popularity between playstyles. I mean I get that 99.9% of people are not murderous psychopats but I am not one either ( or am I?) Yet I find myself usually enjoying evil playthroughs way more than good ones.

TL/DR. You probably play Lawfulgood, why? Why not chaotic/neutral evil? Or vice versa?

On Steam, Azata Path sits at 18.1% popularity, just a bit below Angel that has 20.9%. Lich is the next popular with 11.4%.

Your statistics, sir, are incorrect :)
