[2022] Is there an ETA on 1.4? (I saw that Sosiel gets Heavy Armor proficiency instead of useless Medium Armor focus, so I kind don't wanna progress in my current run into ch 2, if patch is near)

Basically, is 1.4 close by or should I wander off to Kingmaker or somesuch for a week or two?
