Okay, so hear me out.
I backed the game cause i loved kingmaker and i will back the next pathfinder if it will be a thing.
But.
Am i the only one who feels, like, half of the game haven't been finished?
I'm not even talking about the bugs.
The game consists of five acts +the mess called the ending. Third act is long and enduring, fourth is shorter but gives you some rest, and fifth is just a joke - all quests but Iz are unnecessary, and the most massive joke is the prison - it was a whole act in AP where you could finish big demon lord and here it is another dungeon with no real reasons to go into but the angel you shouldn't really care about.
Great mighty generals of the worldwound - did anyone even notice them? Korramzadeh, or, for god's sake, Anemora, show up for like a few seconds and die instantly - and those are, like, important generals. Even Deskari and Baphomet are non-important by comparison to Areelu, who have completely taken the spot - i don't understand who and what are they and why people follow them and even what is the difference besides deskari being a wasp and baphomet a bull. And Areelu just acts mysterious before acting chaotic stupid in the end with fighting you for no understandable reason while our goals are the same. The supersecret megaending is just listing her what you ve done in the game - all of which she did see with her own eyes. This is... just why she is suddenly so stupid. And i have more and more questions the closer we are to the ending - feels like after the act 4 the game was not ready and was needed to be done in a couple of months. The fifth act is rushed as hell, which kingmaker didn't allow itself.
I understand that there are mythic paths, new mechanics, new graphics, crusade mechanic, et cetera, but the main feature of the game - it's story content, suffered a lot.
I would be hugely pleased if somebody changes my mind.
But i'm just deeply saddened that the game is already sold and nothing will change these problems.
