just re-download the game , no mods , new character in the prologue. I get stuck in the loading screen trying to go upstairs after killing the cultists with the orc solider lady. Never had this issue when I bought the game couple months ago

Try clearing the cache by deleting all files except saved games, portraits and screenshots from the following folder: C:\Users\\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous
