[2023] Camellia's Voice Actress Is Great, Lack of Voice Over a Massive Error

My first impression - lasting for some dozen hours - was that Camellia's actress is decent, but awkward. This changed with the the *voiced* context of her character quest in chapter 3. It is a massive error in judgement, even considering economics, to not have her quest in chapter 5 voiced. (Compliment for whoever wrote her, though. One of the more memorable characters of which there are not too many.)
