[2023] Bug: Cannot create Enlightened Philosopher Oracle 2.10u

When creating a new Enlightened Philosopher character is given the choice of revelation before mystery.

Because the character doesn't have a mystery they can't meet any of the prerequisites for a revelation and character creation cannot proceed
