So on the beta, and have been noticing this more and more where some doors just don't work as doors, specifically in combat (turn based, haven't tried the real time)

The main one I've seen that does this 100% of the time is the first room on the second floor of Horgus' Mansion in Act 1. You can get one melee character inside but once combat starts no one can go through, the person inside is trapped in there, the char's outside are unable to go in.

This instantly fixes itself when combat ends.

This also just happened to me in the Gray Garrison, the room with the load of cultists and one is giving an alchemy lecture.

It is a known problem with navmesh that is being worked on. Should be fixed by the end of the beta.
