[2021] Is the Lich mythic path still bugged?

I've been looking around and the talk about Liches troubles seemed to have died down. I've been taking things slowly to let patches come in, but am just about to hit Act 3. Last I heard the biggest issues were 1. Respecing while in lich path would screw things up. 2. The Crusade mode as Lich didn't work well. Have these been fixed, or should I pump the breaks and hold of for further patches before continuing? Thanks in Advance!
