Despite kickstarter feedback and questionnaire feedback (you guys remember those?) we got two season passes with only arguably two good dlcs (imo): The Last Sarkorians and Dance of Masks. And even then, some evil paths don't really get much out of DoM.

This may be my opinion but I never wanted to ditch my main campaign for what I thought to be subpar dlc's. I want to indulge in my power fantasy. Not only this, but the mythic paths are what give the game so much replayability. Who is going to replay the standalone Kenabres Ashes into LoN?

Like WHERE is the content for GD or Devil??? Why was there no solid expansion on the current campaign, fleshing out other mythic paths, making more reactivity, more choices, consequences or greater power fantasy? There is room definitely for more stuff for Lich for example, Aeon, Azata and definitely Trickster. From a business standpoint, there is a literal treasure trove there waiting to be mined and instead Owlcat rolled a 1 and tripped on a banana.

Sometimes I feel that Demon and Angel paths were the only wholly fleshed out paths in the game.

Coming back after three years I expected a lot of change. Instead I feel really f*cking blueballed. I think this game is absolutely fantastic (I have lodged 100's of hours into it) but there is so much room for m o r e. It is a little disappointing.

But that's my opinion idk if it's shared by many.

They wouldn't be any more work than the DLCs that we got. They might even be less. However, they do not have a monetization plan for mythic path DLCs, so they are a cost without any return. If they had structured the game to monetize mythic path updates, that could be a way forward, but the question is whether that's a good plan. I don't think it is, largely for the reasons you state.

It would be. A rough calculation of a DLC revolving around a new fully integrated mythic path is around 2-2.5 costs of a single existing Wrath DLC.

That would come across as a little scummy, wouldn't it?

Like "oh, you want gold dragon content? Buy this DLC!" doesn't exactly endear you to customers. Better to add new stuff than to add stuff that feels like it should have already been in the game.

I'm super happy Owlcat is still adding content where it's lacking, but charging for it would definitely feel bad.

That's exactly the reason we don't do that. We don't want to put content for a specific path behind a paywall. If you're charging extra, you either add something entirely new, or expand it for all possible paths at once (or at least almost all of them).

We have released a plenty of free updates that expand the content where it was lacking, though.

What about aftersyory dlc for all the paths that can have one? Hell, I kinda want a dragon age awakening type expansion for wotr where both an alive character can be imported or make a new commander after the old on died, but choice still affect several factor of the story. Maybe 40ish has. Oh, and it's harder to play as a new character cause you won't have Mythic path stuff, but it's easier if your character is still alive.

Sigh one can only dream.

It sounds fun indeed. The problem is the combinatorial explosion. The closer you get to the end of the game, the more branching options you have to account for, and it grows exponentially. And unless you want to have it absolutely linear and ignore all the choices the player made (which I doubt is what you want), the cost of production also grows exponentially.
