[2022] Loading Screen Issues

Just came back to the game since playing it around launch. Keep trying to make a new character to start again, but the first loading screen is like arctic-slow. I can make an entire character, but when I go to start the (normally instant) loading screen takes an insane amount of time to load. Is this a bug? If anyone else has experienced this, can you tell me what's worked? I've cleared off all my mods, verified my files and this is a fresh install.

Try clearing the cache by deleting all files except saved games, portraits and screenshots from the following folder: C:\Users\\AppData\LocalLow\Owlcat Games\Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous
