[2022] Zero State has dispelled *everything*

I started up the game again after getting distracted for a few weeks and I cast the Aeon spell Zero State during a combat. It dispelled everything, including mythic abilities and feats. Last Stand is gone. Outflank is gone. Or at least the buff symbols are gone. I rested hoping everything would come back and no luck.

Is this permanent, superficial (i.e. everything still works even though the buff icons are gone), or some weird bug? I'm running Toy Box, Enhanced Inventory, and Weapon Focus Plus.
