There are two super annoying bugs that appear quite often on PS5 version right now. One of them is that you can't drop / use or do anything with an item from the inventory menu (nothing happens when you press square) and the other bug is that, when pressing R3 to have info about something, the information window appears behind the "main window" instead of in front of it.
Those bugs aren't always there, it only starts appearing after a while (or triggered by something, I'm not sure..) Only fix is to restart the game.
