[2023] Cannot progress whatsoever, not even in fresh games. Can anyone help?

At some point around when the newest DLC dropped i became unable to interact with doors or buttons. My main save was stuck in the inn after you fight stauntons old squeeze, since i couldnt exit from any of the doors.

I started countless new saves but none of them could get past the first part since i couldnt drink the festival ale.

I've tried restarting the game, loading different saves, starting new characters, verifying, reinstalling, deleting my old saves, and nothing works.

I never dled any mods and i waited until a new game update came out to see if that fixed it but no dice. I sent a bug report in game but never got a response.

Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this?
