I reported this all the way back in the Beta, evidently, they didn't get around to fixing it.
In act 5, if you tell Yozz to wait outside and then complete some other section of the map and return to Drezen (in my case, it was that backer quest with the baby dragon), he will have disappeared from his spot. Just a heads up to anyone taking a Demon character through a run with this patch.
