you have sold the ingredients by accident.

In the patch notes it states "Added the parameter "Junk" to some items so they could be automatically sold". But "some items" includes the cooking ingredients flour, butter, milk, and eggs. Which are now sold automatically when you use bulk selling.

So pay attention when you're selling your hard won loot :)

Edit: eggs are also sold automatically.
