[2022] Why didn't my flask continue when I changed zone?

Not the biggest bug, but as you have to re-cast your summon spectral spirit each time you change a zone due to protection timer (CWDT ward loop), this caused me to die, as my flask was no longer active due to this issue.

I managed to replicate it.
