I'm curious as to how multiple copies of the same skill interact with the new EO changes.

For those unaware: "The Elemental Overload Keystone Passive Skill now gives more Hit and Ailment Elemental Damage to Skills if they crit in the last 8 seconds. This means that you can't use a second rapidly hitting skill, making a small amount of critical chance investment much more important to skills taking advantage of Elemental Overload."

Now the big question is what the wording of "to your skills if they crit" really means. It obviously means no more Storm Brand + Inc Crit free EO procs, but does it also mean not using a second Hexblast with Faster Casting and Inc Crit to power up a true 6L Hexblast. I would wager not as that presents the same issues as before, albeit a lot more clunky without the automatic nature of Storm Brand. What trips me up is that it doesn't clarify that its skills from a specific gem, just a nebulous 'skills'.

Just curious if anyone has seen any GGG comments on this specific interaction.

No, only the specific skill you dealt the crit with gets the benefit, not other skills with the same name.
