[2021] My favorite builds to play are MoM builds out of Hierophant. I'm super sad that it is taking so long to fix the Arcane Surge bug.

Can you please just do a restart already? I been waiting for so long to be able to play Path of Exile again in a way that I don't feel insanely weakened due to my level 20 arcane surge being overwritten by the level 1 arcane surge.
