We're still working with our data centre provider to help them resolve the issue that's affecting the Frankfurt gateway. Unfortunately, the overflow from this gateway is putting pressure on some of the other nearby gateways as well. Hopefully this will be resolved as soon as possible. We're really sorry about the inconvenience.
