@aureylian But also, even if they looked absolutely normal and you felt like you wanted to get them checked, that's your prerogative and you're completely entitled to it. No idea why he resents doing his job but it sounds like it has nothing to do with you. Still, I'm sorry! what an egg
Every day for the last few months, I've woken up at 6am to meditate and do tai chi. Annoyingly, everything people say about such things is true. It's been amazing. So amazing that I think I might start waking up at 5.30 so I can do it for longer. Wild.
For context, for most of my life I've been a terrible morning person with insurmountable insomnia, so this is quite the turn around from a year or more ago. I'm actually really proud lol
@CohhCarnage -Wake up
-Make/eat breakfast
-Head to my office
-10 mins sit and breathe and assess body feelings
-20 mins of tai chi/qi gong (following online course) and process whatever came of the 10 mins
- 20 mins of elliptical while watching a dumb movie
Sort of a tune in-tune out vibe
@ElectronEnjoyer I guess I started with doing like 5-10 mins of yoga every day like a year ago and then started doing it for longer/more often. Then I ended up finding qigong which was super helpful for management chronic pain. I don't really know, it was a response to frustration I guess!
@WillywonkaHC I started here https://youtu.be/CCicH-iz1oU
This guy has a full paid version with tonnes of tutorials that are really good. But this particular routine I did for like two weeks straight because I got a lot out of it.
@TaniaUncensored I started with yoga but wanted something a little more gentle and so I tried it out a few times and it didn't quite click. It wasn't until finding specifically qigong where everything clicked into place! Started here: https://youtu.be/CCicH-iz1oU
