[2023] steam overlay browser

Thanks for the report. Unfortunately the Steam browser is a bit outdated so is having trouble running the javascript on that page. You'll have to alt-tab and use a modern browser for now.

That's completely unrelated to this issue. The Steam overlay is used for purchases, not the browser.
