Wings of Entropy: Now on an Ezomyte Axe basetype, though existing items remain on a Sundering Axe. Now grants a 7-10% chance to block Spell hits (from 6-7%), 8-10% chance to block Attack hits (from 8%), has 75-100 to 165-200 added Fire Damage for Main Hand attacks and 75-100 to 165-200 added Chaos Damage for Off Hand attacks. It now has 60-80% increased Physical Damage (from 100-120%) due to the change in basetype. Existing versions of this item can be updated to new values with a Divine Orb.

To clarify this - I had something potentially lined up for today that hasn't worked out but you might see it later. We have two minor news posts for today in addition to another teaser. I would set your expectations relatively low for today's news. We had to do something easy-ish because preparing Patch Notes and the Balance Manifesto are a huge time-sink.

If we pick a specific time we usually go with Pacific Time but if we are referring to whole days it's not relevant.

Also! Weapon Skins now work correctly with it. They used to only apply the skin to the main hand but now it can apply to both.

Any info on the weapon effect from the malice supporter pack? I want to buy it but I can't justify having one weapon skin of which I can't buy another one
Yes, once Harvest launches you'll be able to apply your supporter pack weapons skin to both weapons if you're dual-wielding.
Wait a minute. Does that mean I won't be able to apply a 2H weapon skin in each slot separately?
