Sorry for my delay on getting back to everyone about this, we have been discussing with Sony the best way to go about making sure everyone gets their money back from those purchases that should not have been made available on the PSN store.
If you've experienced this error it's because the purchase that was made on your account was for a pack that should not have been made available by Sony on the PSN store. You have purchased one of the intermediate upgrade packs (which should have only been visible in-game once you had purchased the lower pack beneath it). The price of that upgrade pack does not accurately charge the price of the entire Supporter Pack you attempted to purchase.
Due to the way our purchasing and payments work with Sony, we're unable to credit another pack to the account in it's place, and so a refund is the only possible recourse we have.
We have spoken with Sony about this and they have removed the packs that should not have been available, and we have provided them with a list of transactions that should be refunded. They should process the refunds independently, but to ensure your refund is processed by Sony I would strongly suggest you contact their support directly as well, and let them know you have been referred by us to receive the refund. We're very sorry for any inconvenience at all!
If you have contacted them about this previously and been declined, please contact them again and be sure to tell them that you have been referred back to Sony as the purchase was not delivered. I'm genuinely sorry for any hassle, if we were able to action these refunds for you ourselves we absolutely would do so!
