I am kinda fishing for a ggg response, not sure if I'd get one or not, but it would be cool to know who came up with one of the most iconic uniques in the arpg genre. I imagine it was only considered a unique that was possible only because the game was totally different in Nemesis League aka slower.

Also the challenges of getting such a modifier to work, stealing rare monster modifiers must have been a task to implement in the beginning and probably still is.

I am putting a headhunter in the voidborn reliquary it is one of the effective hooks that has kept me chasing for every league since I started in prophecy league I just have always played but never really understood who actually created headhunter in the first place.

I know Headhunter is really a polarizing topic you either love it's existence or you don't.

Mark1, the gameplay programmer, came up with the affix for it. We were kicking around with a few things that fit with the league (it was meant to work specifically with the league mechanic (Nemesis), but none of them quite worked, until Mark said he could do the affix that works oh so well on Headhunter.

The Gull was the sibling unique, which was the one for Domination.
