[2022] Can't move after cancelling dialog with Archnemesis button

If I cancel a speech dialog box from an NPC with the Archnemesis button, I am no longer able to move or use skills - flasks still work and if I'm in a safe area, /hideout works (which then allows everything to work again). If /hideout isn't available (either because I'm already there, or because I'm in a map/non safe area), the only option is to log out. Everything works after logging back in.
