[2021] Has GGG said anything about what happened with queues on Xbox in Heist?

What happens is that it's possible for people to get caught in the queue (this is possible on both PC and console). On console, there are rarely actual queues at league launch. If you find yourself getting caught, just exit the game and re-enter and it should be possible to get on almost immediately.
