External link →I first brought this up with the team last week and they’ve been investigating since but can’t find that there is a problem. They are still investigating. I wish I had more news, I’m sorry but I’ll keep following up on it until we find out why people are experiencing this.

I don’t think it’s about tools it’s just that they can’t reproduce the issue internally for some reason.

Not to add to the noise, and this is definitely lower priority than other stuff in this thread, but are the devs also aware of the Chains of Command unique doing less damage than (probably?) intended?
I don't see it on the known issues list in the forums.

Hey, I have confirmation that Chains of Command is working as intended. Its nerf must have been missed in the patch notes unfortunately.

Do they have the nerf info available since it wasn't in patch notes?
I asked for more information and they clarified that it was mentioned in the patch notes as, "The Skills granted by this item have been updated in line with Animate Weapon" which wasn't clear because it has the same maximum animate weapon count and physical damage as around a level 18 version of the animate weapon gem but it doesn't get the more damage and attack speed.
