I send an email over an mtx issue two days ago and didn't get any reply so far not even the usual automated message. This is the first time this has happened, is there a vacation going on or has the email been changed?

No vacation or email change! We have a very high demand in email support at the moment, and a bit of a backlog. Our team is working from the back of the inbox for the most part, going from the oldest emails. Currently our oldest emails are approximately 48-72 hours out, if you haven't been gotten to yet we will reach you very soon. :)
