NOT that I have a right to be this entitled I guess. But what was advertised and what actually happened mail-wise are two completely different things. I'd go as far to say they need to offer BOTH the points and the physical item(s) at this point. Because WOW I got suckered into this Eyrie Pack thing... have FK all to show for it too on my gamer wall, this blank space taunts me and makes me feel stupid for even buying -_-
