[2020] Steam and the buying of the Core Packs

Hi.

So I decieded to take my 200€+ to buy the Corepack with the book. But every time I use the buy button, I get the "steam purchase failed" message. I tried it with a lower value like the first tier it seems to work. Is it possible that there is a cap on steam how much you can spend in one item?

Can I fix it with putting money in my steamwallet? Does someone else have a problem here?

I would like to avoid Xolla.
