[2021] Chat item linking?

I'm playing with a friend and I'm trying to link an item I scourged to him but all that appears in chat when I press enter is a underscore (the item appears as normal in the text box before I press enter). Anyone else having this problem?

Yep, it's deliberately disabled as it's the thing that was causing the disconnects earlier. We're still working on a permanent solution to this but we were able to reinstate chat in the meantime (but not item linking).
