[2022] Where did the Cartographers Hideout go after the change to the Epilogue?

Hey crew, Have a friend starting the game fresh and was wondering since the changes to the Epilogue area and no longer having the Templar Laboratory available, where is the Cartographers Hideout now? Is it gone? Can it be accessed somewhere else? Am I missing the obvious? Thanks in advance.
