[2020] GGG, washington and texas servers have been on fire.

I have been looking into this. As far as we can tell, there are no problems with the Washington DC servers themselves. Going over the past few weeks of performance metrics, nothing seems amiss. At this point I think that this is likely a connectivity issue somewhere upstream from some of your providers, but before the connection hits our provider's network. Not sure where this is happening, so we'll continue investigating. Also, any MTR captures to the server IP you're connected to while experiencing lag spikes would be helpful in narrowing this down.

Edit: We've had some routing altered to avoid an oversubscribed router. This might help some people.

I'm not claiming it's your provider.

I've considered adding a Canadian gateway before, but the country is quite large. The highest density would have us put one around Toronto, which is geographically close to Washington DC anyway, with no improvement for players near the West Coast.
