Have been playing arc ignite on a 4L with dead ailments, immolate and ignite prolif. Its been 3 hours and elemental overload doesnt appear on buff section on top not even once. Also checked dps tooltip and ot dodnr change even with diamond flask to try to proc it.
Is anyone having the same problem?
