[2022] Kirac Map Device and Blocked Mechanic Chance Passives?

How will map device mechanics interact with the new removal of spawn chance atlas passives? Will the Kirac mods 100% chance override our atlas passive blocks?

Curious how this will operate specifically with fortune favors the brave and blocked mechanics. If fortune favors one of your blocked choices will nothing be added to map or will the fortune favor roll still be forced spawn?

This is correct! You will still be able to force content into your maps through things like Scarabs and Kirac mods (including Fortune Favours the Brave). There will just be no chance of that content randomly appearing if you've taken one of these "disabling" notables.
