Rakango do though, probably because submerging counts as movement or something. The chonker totems like atoll boss but also the adds it spawns do not gain vines.

This is not just a visual bug because my wave of conviction is only poisoning them at the 40% rate from passives instead of the guaranteed poison from the boots at three stacks.

Happened to notice this in delve and initially thought it was frozen enemies not getting vined. It's super obvious on totem bosses but I thankfully noticed it before this build met any (and then sought one out to conform ... ouch).

Incidentally, the atoll boss stopped getting shocked by vessel of vinktar at some point too, so I couldn't even bootstrap herald of thunder against it on top of not being able to poison.
