[2020] Do you feel that melee two handers are generally underpowered?

Two handed sword is carried almost entirely by Starforge, it seems like rare two handed weapons aren't used much anymore, especially since they remove the 'socketed skill is supported by ...' affixes on melee two hander in 3.9. Should they revert the nerf so that rare melee two handers are more desirable again? Or perhaps introduce a Quiver equivalent for melee two handed weapons?
